The Barry Sisters

OK, before you listen to my Music Monday offering this week you should do this first.  Make sure that you speakers are turned right up and that you are stood up ready to jump and spin......are you ready?  Press play!





 I love this song so much, I cannot help but jump around my house like a mad fool and it always ALWAYS makes me smile.



The Barry Sisters, Clara and Minnie Bagelman, later changed their names to Claire and Myrna.  They were born in the Bronx and started out as The Bagelman sisters.  They sang Yiddish Swing and recorder with other Jewish singers such as Barbra Streisand and Moishe Oysher.

They just ooze glamour.


 Now tell me you didn't dance around like crazy?
