................even though it looks like night
Splat!!
A couple of extra exhibits....I think these were called Cheeky Monkeys!
These enormous shoes belonged to a Mr Joseph Sewell. He was 7ft 4 tall and weighed in at 37 stone. He died in 1829.
I had a great day with the kids and their cousin the other day wandering around a museum. The children all loved it even the littlest one, I really didn't think he would have the patience for it but he surprised me.
This was swiftly followed by a run in the park where we met up with Mr Squirrel and his friends. There's nothing funnier than watching 4 kids think they have got the better of Mr Squirrel, sneaking up on him, getting almost to the point of catching him only for them to scoot up the nearest tree and sit there blowing raspberry's at them......honestly they really do do this....you have a look next time you chase a squirrel!
What have you all been up to?

That looks like a really great museum. I love the photo of the tree branch shadows on the wall -- so artistic! Looks like it was a good time.
ReplyDeleteThat museum looks so cool! The carved tree was gorgeous and those shoes were amazing!
